NZXT-Sentry LX -[VS]- Molex PC case fan [Help me out]

Hi guys, its my first time installing a Fan Controller and Im stuck, if someone could help me out...that will be GREAT!! =]

ok, so I have this fan controller

I hooked it up with 2x 3-pins fan without any trouble, however I couldn't hook my molex fans to it...
here is the fan


Then, I got this converter hoping it will get it hook up and controllable with the Sentry LX


The result is nope......... I can only power the fan but no controls whatsoever on the LX pannel
English is like my 3rd language, so forgive me for my bad language
HELP ME OUT!! I AM SO STRESSED OUT
