help me set this up

our office has 35 work station and 1 server lic win2003 server r2
all these work station are running programs directly from the server.
The question would be . . .
1. is it possible for separate workstation to access, considering its to far?
2. what are the configuration to be done here

we have connections DSL line corporate 2mbps

kani isa ka pc layo ni cya wala n ma link sa amo current server
kai nara man maximum mtrs connectivity ang utp cable dili na cya ma abot
then we are using "FILE SHARING" sa amo program sa server simple ra kaayo
I have one particular way kani tawag og "Remote Desktop" pero kn hinay ang
line sa DSL kamang sad ang pag access sa program lahi ra gyud og naka UTP cable
