if you mean DUES (petots) IMHO
i believe maglisud ang usa ka CLUB if walay funds.
organization needs fuel to run its projects and others, even non-profit and cause.

unless if club2x lang siya.. murag balay2x bah.
or you guys can call it barkada club wherein chip-in-chip-in sa mga gastoson.
but again. still naa gyud expenses.
