This is BS. I don't give a flying f*** if politicians switch parties on a daily basis, but this? As if we don't have enough on our plates. WTH happened to fund-raisers... Of all the bills Phil. Congress has passed, this has got to be one of the most stupid ones. It's right up there with that move to tax OFW remittances.
