    try veggie pasta bro...

cauliflower, broccoli, thin slices of eggplant, sliced button mushrooms and black olives

just saute everything with olive oil, put in a bit of tomato sauce, season with garlic salt and ground pepper, then mix in the cooked pasta a couple of minutes before taking everything out of the pan.

or if you want, you can also add canned tuna. buy the one in olive oil, so you can use the oil in sauteing.

    delicious, filling, healthy...

if you don't have garlic salt, use rock salt na lang, but saute garlic with the veggies for that bit of garlicky flavor.

That's the simplified veggie pasta which anyone can make at home. But we do have something like that in Outpost which we call Pasta ala Rasta. It's vegetarian pasta with squash white sauce with just the right spicy-ness. Try it nya, then let me know what you think of it. Or you can try the Sea Kayakers' Pasta, which also has a lot of veggies, but with chicken chunks, and more attuned to the Pinoy taste (sweet & salty).

by the way, lalaki ko bro. hehe.. mura diay ug babaye ang dating nko no?

pasta? but pasta is not healthy unless its made of spinach or any other vegetable. Pasta is very fattening.

If you want healthy...go with salad..with vinnegratte dressings only...no mayonnaise based like ranch, buttermilk, thousand islands, ug uban pa.

kaon na lang og prutas og vegetable.

    ..utan subakan og isda.
    .. adobong kangkong
..avoid fried food....usually steamed is the best
if you need to eat chicken....breast...unya grill it... don't put any sauce in it..just a little salt and pepper to taste.

    ...no rice. eat wheat

no soda...drink water or natural fruit juice with no preservatives and sugar.

You want to be healthy? You have to change the way you eat ....the way you live.... it's another lifestyle.

You eat healthy and work out everyday bisag 30 minutes lang.

    You are what you eat.

One-quarter of what you eat keeps you alive.
The other three-quarters keeps your doctor alive.

Be careful what you are putting into your mouth.
An ounce of prevention is still worth a pound of cure, and at today's prices, probably tons of it.
