customize and disable certain features

in yahoo messenger... is there a tool or software we can use for this one, i need feedbacks from IT Admins on this one.

certain features i want to disable the preference function, disable voice calls. and webcam sessions.

i can suggest disable the WEBCAM and MIC sa imong PC sa device manager or uninstalling the hardware drivers... but if the user is the one requesting a WEBCAM and VOICE sessions... aww kana wala koi idea kung unsaon... mga experts dira any ideas...

Bitaw i-uninstall na lang drivers sa cam ug i-mute ang mic. hehe. puede sad install ka ug Pidgin free na siya na instant messaging client nga mo-support sa Yahoo!, GTalk, AOL, etc.. Naa siya access sa Chat Rooms, Conference, File Transfer (Sending/Receiving), puede sad i-Log nimo ang conversations ug daghan pa nga mga features pero wala siya feature sa WebCam ug Voice Chat.. pero ambot unsaon pag-disable sa preference function.. hehe.. Mga programmers na lang, mgpahimo ka program na instant messaging nga mura sad ug yahoo.. nga walay cam, walay voice, walay preference, igo lang sila mo-login and chat..
