Mga master ask ko needed ba jud ang firewall sa imo PC
labi na 24/7 DSL internet ka?

In my case I am using only a free antivirus AVIRA personal free ok ra cya pero gus2 sad ko unta
naa 3rd party na firewall for purpose. What do u think need ba jud ni nako?

If it is, what firewall man inyo ika recommend? and much better free!

bisan naa ka antivirus worms can still get through. this is what happened with the infamous sasser worm. the windows firewall would do provided you know how to use it. a lot better if you're on Windows Vista.

this is true, kng dlng pataka ug sulod ug websites, but just to be safe pag install nlng. IMO basic protection is antivirus, firewall and antispyware...

if ur OS is windows then naay windows firewall available dha. if ur AV comes w/ its own firewall then that's the one windows will use. nowadays, most modem/router has its own firewall for ur perusal. sometimes, it's a hassle to configure ur firewall to not interfere w/ ur games. but it's an ounce of protection...

IMO, it wouldn't hurt if you installed a firewall on your PC. I recommend COMODO firewall since it outscored most firewalls available today.. and it's free.
