Anybody here has a problem about their visas, processing times or any other questions about it? I can give some information... Just want to share my experiences... Also share ur story here kung ma incourage ba or madiscourage magminyo ug kano..

Oh. Hello.

I have a gf, we're like more than 2 years na. She's been granted an immigrant visa in the states and she's been there for 4 months already. Will Fiance Visa work for us? Yes we have plans, pero amo gi sure amo mga moves esp. nga lisod ang kwarta karon panahona.

oo...dugay pa gyud cya kapetition nimo mga after 5 years pa...pero naa ko friend before nga iya uyab nilarga ug virginia..working visa to iyaha then after a year nibakasyon cya para magpakasal sa iya uyab..dli lang ko sure if nakalarga na iya uyab sa pinas ha basta ang laki nagprocess nato sa mga papeles....naa man gud uban nga ilabi na buotan ang ila employer ila pod ihire...ang requirements man gud sa mopetition kana green card na or US citizen.

Immigrant visa IS the Green Card.

@Hobie, NO the Fiance Visa won't apply in your case.
Only US Citizens can petition a fiance visa.

You would have to get married with your gf first, before ka niya ma petition.
And the petition would be under F2A Category - Petition by Greencard Holders for Spouse (and minor children under 21) which unfortunately takes atleast around 5 years.

Goodluck bro. We're kind of like in the same boat. Akong gf ang naa diha sa pinas.

@bycane oh thanks bro ..I was wondering unsa na category btaw to para fiance nga immigrant status ang mu petition. Pero mao same ra diay gihapon noh, 5 years. Dugaya oy, mingaw na kaau huhu hehe

I have a working visa, nadala ra man nako ang ako family dayon.
kung h1B visa na ang sa gf nimo wala unta problema kay minyuan ra ka niya, maka apas ka dayon

I'm planning for a working visa mao na ga start na ko sa ako nclex, the problem is tungod sa retrogression karon, very hard na mu kuha ug working visa, in fact, naay co worker ako gf nga owner ug agency diri sa pinas and she mentioned nga till now wala pa daw visas nga gpang release

@bycane, atut baya ani pareho diay ta bro, pero which is better kaha? mo petition nalng ka karon? or just wait for your citizenship? coz as what i have heard nga mas dali daw ang petition sa imo wife if US citizen naka. ambot oi naglibog nako ani. anxious na kaayo ko maka ari ako wife labi na jud buntis pa jud to. unsa kahay laing options nato bro?

paghulat na lang gyud nga ma citizen ka kai motake ra ug 1 year plus para makasunod imo wife...pagkakaron bakasyon lang sa for the birth of ur baby..para pod igpetition nimo maapil nimo imo anak..dungan cla...
