smart load query...

hello, i'm a new smart user so i have few questions about their load system / procedure:

1) i just loaded P300 (card), tapos day after someone load me P30, but my 300 has still more than 200 bals. after 3 days, will the 30 expire?

2) next i just loaded 300 (card) today. then after that, loaded another 300 (card). what will happen to the expiration of the load ...accumulative?

from what I know, the load which has the longer expiration date prevails..

after each load, naa mu suli mana when ang expiration date.

baket ka naman kasi load ng load? it is not as if the card will expire in the next month noh.

why don't you just call your smart customer service? what we can give here kasi is just bana-bana guess. at least by calling your CS....you can get it from the horse's mouth itself.

hhhm... ambot lang kaha, tig-load man ko ug 300 usahay.
Maynta nga ila na gi re-calculate sa ila system if naa existing load, hope nga ila i-extend ang expiration.
