    Default biking every morning 30 mins.


    does it help lose weight? tapos mag diet sad.

    nya wala lay gym gud kay dili ko ka afford.

    let's say from talisay to plaza independensya sa srp nga road lang tapos balik nasad talisay.

    It will work, try to do it early in the morning before your first meal of the day. Immediately eat after.

    Diet should always be the priority, no diet no way you are going to lose weight...

    P-Chan: depende sa imo goal. unless wala ka'y goal... then food intake / nutrition, wala'y gamit...

    why must we be punished? is this God's way of saying that we humans are fat? come to think of it... daghan na bitaw na tambok.. lolx..

    bitaw.. hmm.. 30 minutes everyday.. like what CrasHBRURN said.. mo work pero mag diet...

    atay oi.. if tangtangon nimo ang t sa diet ang ma bilin kay die na man.. hahaha...

    ako pagpamahaw oatmeal... lunch heavy meal .... dinner prutas kung naa available sa balay...

    4 months nako ani na program so far ok kau resulta... pero jogging pud ko once or twice a week for 30 mins minimun sa 2nd mactan bridge kada day-off... nya NAGGYMS KA PART pud gamay... basta anything na makapagawas singot ug diet naa jud resulta. PROMISE! hehe...

    so kung mag biking ka plus diet pajud, u will really see the result over time... kung mangutana ka hangtod kanus-a... well, make it a part of ur daily routine nalang... hinay hinay basta kanunay!

    even if you dont exercise... mag diet lang ka, you will lose na... dieting is not about not eating, nor dying...

    if we talk about God's gifts... God gave us NATURAL sources of food, plants and animals... which, we eat to get healthy and possibly lose weight... what God didnt give us, are cakes, chocolates, juices, ice creams, fried chicken, hamburgers, french fries, junk foods, lechon baboy, ginabot, pochero, dinuguan...etc... hehehe... bitaw... tinuod ni ako sulti...

    Crashburn, lami sa mga food na imong gipang isgot oi. As in temptation gyud kaayo. Mao gyud na akong weakness ang food. I can't elp it. That's why grabe nako ka tambok rom just imagine before I got married akong timbang is 51kgs karon Sos! 65kgs na galing ko TABANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    yellowjehd: 15 kilos is only around 30+lbs... you can get back in shape in just 4-6 months ra... that is if, interesado gyud ka and determined... I actually started dieting January 2006... started out 184lbs, now i'm 147-148lbs... so thats more than 35lbs fat loss... still need a few weeks to get six packs out... with cheating ni, i'm sure you guys can do better...
