Reflection-Excel Interface

Hi pepz,

i have problem whe interfacing reflection to excel in active form.


this is the scenario:

My main application is reflection and i want to have a database using excel (or let me say that all my information were in excel). I use textbox in reflection to ask for specific data and after that it will open the excel file to verify the data. the problem was after the data was put into the database, excel file doesn't update for the new value given.

Seriously....maybe istorya should do something about this, ...maybe like if naay mo.post about assignment kung kinsa maka.answer kay mobayad ang thread starter..hehehe..something like that...

mag.anad nya ning uban salig kay libre lng mohagat ug tubag ang mga maayong peeps ngari sa istorya...cge post lng gihapon...


anyway...try daw ta ug answer.

unsa imong gamit, VB6 or VB.NET?

Yun sinabi ko na Database is yun mga list in the excel file.

Dun po ako kukuha ng data na gamit ko reflection.

My excel is a list of all my data. Yun tinawag ko na database.

My naka Vlookup na kasi ang isang cell ng excel file ko, at gusto kong e link yun textbox ko sa cell na yun.
Meaning po if mag lagay ako nang data sa textbox ko dapat yun data na yun ay papasok sa excel file ko at mag update sa new data na binigay.

naa na data bro ang ako excel, then the problem bro kay naka vlookup ang cell kay mao reference sa mga others cells na ako kuhaan nako ug data. meaning ang textbox(reflection) will acquire data from the user and after ana kay iya ibutang sa excel and then mo update unta ang excel sa new data na gibutang but still ang akong na retrieve na data kay kato man ako last na save sa maong excel file.

VB6 d i ni ako gamit sa reflection bro.
