Dugay2x nako sa akong current employer... I want to resign with my current employer... Dapat naa jud ko kabalhinan...

I need ur help (kay nadugay na lagi ta sa akong employer)... Unsaon gani paghimo og application letter, resume, and resignation letter?? Nakalimot nako sa format ani... Naa man ko format ani sa akong PC pero nawala coz naguba among PC at that time...
