find your own thing.. do not depend on what other people may say.. try your best to be original.. music, just like every other thing where u can learn from, needs a lot of research.. besides, if i should give you my opinion on what you should start with, you would be taking my "biased" opinion.. Find your own path as a band and ultimately, as a musician..

This may sound so cliche' but you can also listen to your heart.. Every successful musician has listened to what his heart wanted..
