hehehe... naa man ni mention na aside from call centers and some hotels, daghan daw installed base sa avaya diri, but wala man ko nakit-an nga nag gamit. mu offer unta mi maintenance

bro Cebupacific call center located in robinsons place bro. avaya telephony system was used but it's because its a budget airline they used the IP softphone on the workstation here in cebu. we encounter lot of troubleshooting and problems that time between our E1 line thru mediaserver when we get live direct link to cebupacific resa at ortigas because of the call traffic gain during the peak hours. interconnecting the two sites wherein irregardless where the call was made whether cebu or ortigas center will answer your queries, to what agent is open. i was once there before pero resign nako ang ga setup sa avaya bro ang Jebsen And Jessen. im in ME now.
