    has anyone done this before?

    car battery at trunk is usually a default to beemers....

    pro's

    * cool to look at
    * weight distribution kuno if lead acid imo batt (mag drycell ka neglible na ang weight sa batt)
    * cooler batt kay dili exposed sa engine heat thus prolonged lifespan

    con's

    * bati og wiring and contact problema jud.... especially to hondas or other japanese made cars... to ground dependent bya jud ning mga ECU..... proper grounding jud needed....

    usually they do this when changing to a bigger engine and the space for the battery is a problem. Take note that when you are seriously attempting to do this project, you better get a professional and trusted electrician for this kind of project.

    I definitely agree with you on that one....

    hell, if you don't trust the electrician, you go then do it yourself. hehehe

    just be sure you have the background enough to classify yourself as professional when you do this type.

    I have done mine, I have stretched my maintenance free to an extra year already. It's on it's 3rd year and counting.
