it's not really my attitude to give that "customer service". i don't empathize. for more than 7 years of working in MNCs, i never did those things. it's really a huge adjustment for me, worse i have some immature colleagues. but i have a great team leader. but still, it's the job that i accepted and i have to deal with it.
