it's not really my attitude to give that "customer service". i don't empathize. for more than 7 years of working in MNCs, i never did those things. it's really a huge adjustment for me, worse i have some immature colleagues. but i have a great team leader. but still, it's the job that i accepted and i have to deal with it.

waaa Admin Hearing? Means your in big trouble that can lead to termination,suspension and/or resign nlng kung dili kaya and balik with TL recommendation pila ka months. What ever trouble your in and admin hearing ka mga Investigation and stuff about unsa imo gbuhat. Mga OMs,HR and other high ups will be there to interrogate you and slowly kill you. mwahahaha btw good luck

not necessarily. daghan gi-admin hearing nga walay nahitabo na suspension or termination. its also a chance to air out your side. a chance to explain what really happened. just make sure to keep your answers straight. dont tangle your answers and dont beat around the bush. bsta you sound and look credible, theres nothing to be scared of.
