Three Sundays ago, my uncle and his family went to try out Crystal Palace. It was originally East Ocean. Anyway, they got there at 8pm, sat down, and ordered some food. They relaxed for a while, got their drinks and then noticed that the group at the next table were grumbling. The guy turned to my uncle and said, we've been here since 6pm and our food hadn't arrive yet.
Shocked, my uncle called the waiter and said he will pay for the drinks and go somewhere else to eat. But the manager placated the two angry tables and quickly served the food. The food was okay but the owners of Crystal Palace was lucky to have a manager to placate 2 angry groups.
anyone else been there? i want to hear if it good or bad

been there before.. lol yeah kind of slow ang service and food was okay.. my family doesn't want to go back there though lol...

very slow service, and very ordinary food... for a place that claims to be a branch from Tsim Tsa Tsui in Hongkong, i find it highly unbelievable that their food is not tasty at all...

we've been there in their vip room 1 during my husband's birthday... gapareserve mi daan ky murag crowded sa ubos, daghan tao adto na time...
service was fast since the manager is a family friend...
lami ilang gi serve namo...
chinese foods tanan, kalimot sa name adto ilang mga course oi..
most of the visitors are chinese and they kinda like it...
