Greenpeace Cebu will have a talk on climate change from 6pm-7pm, then we have resource speakers from Papersavers, Save Tanon Strait, Go Green, and other environmental orgs from 7pm - 8 pm to talk about possible solutions that we, as individuals, can do to help Mother Earth, and to save ourselves.

On the principle that every piece of paper that we use came from a tree that was cut down, we are urging everyone to recycle...and at the same time, make a bit of money on the side. The company Papersavers, buy used/scrap paper of any kind to recycle them, thus lessening the need to cut down more trees to produce more paper. So if you have scrap paper that are just in boxes underneath your closet, or at the store room in your office destined to turn to dust, with no further use, bring them over and Papersavers will gladly buy them from you.

PAPERSAVERS will be setting up a buying station at the venue from 4pm - 12 mn during the event, and the next day, and the succeeding fridays and saturdays for the whole month.
