example ha: the Dowsing rod
This was used by ancient people to find water under the ground
Then its used na for all sorts of things..to find a missing coin, key, sometimes body
Now its used to detect subtle energies...aura of a person, qi of a location, etc etc
in my experience, effective siya in a way....not quite certain
kase mas madali sa akin kapag walang walang dowsing rod at psychic sense na lang ang gamitin
hehehe...
in science...no proof nor any scientific explanation of its usage and effectivity
experiment kaya tayo nito para once and for all
we would know the accurracy and precision of dowsing rods?
malay mo, its a cheaper way to detect paranormal activity kaysa sa EMF readers

Does the CPS do this? I mean the paranormal investigations the scientific way.

sa ngayon, paranormal investigations are "psychic" pa...
but we are slowly introducing scientific theories to rule out paranormal phenomena
lthe module for the scientific part of the investigation
is still under construction and revision...
it may take a while before we could really launch it due to limitations
in available gadgets and experts on the field...
in any way, cps welcomes anybody stepping forward to help this cause
kase ang vision ng cps to have a balanced way of investigating paranormal phenomena
we have faith that the Universe will conspire for the fruition of this vision

haaaaay.... Dowsing - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia <--- wikipedia may not be 90% reliable but it's enough for me to believe in in the non-existence of the dowsing tool.

that screens and provides basis for psychological explanations why people
believe what they believe and how why they are acting that way
meron kaming architect who can rule out electrical focal points to rule out disruptions
ng energy signatures like hot and cold spots
and also doctors and nurses to explain medical cases
pero all of them at the same time are psychics as well...

and kailangan ng cps ngayon ay gadgety people
those who know about photography
those who know about forensics
nd those who are scientific skeptics but open to possibilities
I know in time the universe will send us those people..hehehe

In Feng Shui, applicable din itong dowsing rod, especially that your bed should not be inline with a running water, electricity, etc.

Did a research about this one and insights and experiences from those who used dowsing rod. Well the documentation or study is based outside the Philippines.
