ceu is fast becoming an internet hub, with more people getting into mobility and buying laptops and palms for mobility most with wi-fi capability, if your a techie and want to get free internet or whatever please share us the free/paid open access wi fi hotspots in cebu so wherever you go you never know you might just be near a hotspot
some spots i found was
sun star downtown free if you can get close enough to get a signal, (near san carlos)
waterfront hotel, amazingly fast and free
mango square and banilad town, dominated by dominion, ask the pretty sales girls for the free 3hr user name and pasword
more to come if i find anyother

it was last year and when you search for a signal and it says configured for open access you cant always connect, dominion needs a username and password

hehehe yes free 3hrs i found another place
bethind stc, space burger good signal over there :mrgreen: and another one at country mall weak though by globe :mrgreen:
