    I have voip setup and I paid nothing for it. I only have pap2t and an rtp300 and set them them up with freeworlddialup.com and that's that.

    Yes,I can also call a cellphone/landline if I want to cuz I also setup teliax.com which is a a voip service provider..

    Well,I do have broadband. VOIP wouldn't be very useful if you have dialup.

    Those are what they call an ATA(analog Telephony Adapter) Analog telephony adapter - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia . You can connect your regular phone directly to this device which then connects to your broadband internet connection. With regards to the quality,well it depends on your internet connection. Basically you have to have decent bandwidth to get good quality voice. But as far as I know,any broadband connection will do. As a matter of fact ,I am talking to my family in Bacolod right now ,the sound is very very clear.

    In the philippines, i have no idea but I bought mine from ebay. Maybe you can buy it from there. I'ts pretty cheap around 10 dollars or so but you would probably pay more for the shipping.
