run HWMonitor para makita nimo pila temperature imo motherboard, processor, GPU etc. Post dayon diri kai naa daghan maka advice kung init ra or ok ba.

check also your power supply bai.. pls. tell us the details on when the computer shuts down. Do u run applications before this will happen? Lot of factors to consider though.. Point out the real issue here.

virus na na sya! one of possibilties though.. kasuway ko ana..

check also your keyboard basin na basa na. kay akoa sauna na basa ako keyboard everytime mo pislit ko sa keybord mo shutdown

its very rare for a virus to cause the computer to restart or shutdown since the infamous sasser worm. in this age, they're more interested with your identity than destroying your files, hence the reason for onset of worms and trojans.

Might be overheating (not proper overclocked or not proper seated cooler), or the PSU.
