    bro, di ka interesado lot in lapulapu city near MEPZ I & II. actually subdivision ni cya pero its the homeowners and magdevelop. 100 sq.m. at 4,500 per sq. meter only. duol ni aero school. ongoing provincial road that will connect basak and pusok mag-agi tupad airport fence. umaabot daplin na gyud cya road. but right now agi pa via basak to bangkal or via pusok to bangkal. txt me 09177521988

    bro, txt lang 09177521988 para dali kay panagsa ra ko open ani. titled lot ni. ako tag-iya. ako baligya kay ipuno business namo diri while larga ko abroad for work. gamya ra mi sa subdivision more or less 10 owners. two of the owner is judge Gako and Bong Aznar. tupad pod ni aboitiz lot. actually atbang ni cya sa airport building kana na magtuyok parang radar sa airport. good investment ni.

    as Ive said dili na ni mao ang pictures sa lot, raw because this was last 2 years ago....wala mi ka picture ug balik medyo busy....naa na balay(worth 3 million) sa katong 250sq meter lot nga nahalin....the rest is still for sale same location(next to the sold lot).Daghan nami diri balay except dili sikit2x like low cost housing and very wide roads,mostly residential owned, the drainage,veco post is right beside gyud sa lot na.If still interested let us know.Viewing is for free just text me lang.

    If you meant nga developed,wala namo gipatag kay mag depende ni sa mupalit para ma preserved ang overlooking view.Like maria luisa , they preserved the higher areas para sa kadtong ganahan ug bugnaw ug hayahay nga residence/location.
