Western Wats has only one graveyard shift schedule but newbies are not assigned there right away. Almost all agents start in the regular shift which is 5am to 1pm (DST) and 4am to 12 noon (non-DST).

i think all call centers accepts undergrads as long as they have at least 2 years of college.

btw bai prepare nalang daan ang english nimo, especially pronunciation kay dinha jud ka patyon. sa western watts nako nga interview gipatay ko sa "Th" hehehehe. "The" should be pronounced(sakto ni?) "Tha" not "Da" nya if it follows a vowel, dapat "Thee"

nya if the "Th" is in a noun, like Thailand or Thomas, silent h dapat. Like Tailand, Tomas.
