    hello istoryans!

    naa ko questions regarding aning mga brokers. no idea man gud ko. naa koy friends na gusto mokuha og house n lot gani then ako sila ipang refer sa mga brokers, muhatag ba na sila og commission nako and how much?someone said muhatag og referral ang developer.pila man sad? sayang man sad gud ako ila sugu on nya wa koy ako.

    pls. post lang inyo answers diri. salamat.

    depende mana sa broker sis/bro... naa man koy close na friend na real estate broker, adto nako i refer niya if naay gusto mu buy house, lot or any properties.. hatagan man ko niya commission, after ma close na jud ang deal and makuha na niya iyang commission from the developers.

    so from i know sis/bro, depende ra jud na..

    mao bah sis...wla d i na percentage rate?cge...sya nalang bahala..dli raba mi kaila sa broker..cge nalng..salamat kaau sis...

    Naa na cyay commission. In US, they call it "real estate jobber," if i'm not mistaken. I forgot lang how much ang percentage. but here sa cebu, i dunno if naa. i think depende ra pud na nimu. you should ask how much you should get. or tell the developer how much u want to get. besides, you're giving the broker income by referring people to him as long as dili pud au daku imu pangayoon. if you keep referring people to him, you might even profit a lot from the referrals. anyway, the brokers have 20% commission man sad, if i have not forgotten.

    mao bah bro...dako a gud d i sa broker makuha noh..broker man to akong kasabot i dunno og pila kaha ang ihatag nya.salamat bro.

    brokers usually get 3-5% at least thats what I know..... just make sure your broker is licensed....

    @gotcha79.. be careful lang sad with ingon ana nga dealings.. if ang broker dili mo hatag ug commission sa imoha.. wala nakay mahimo... siya baya ang licensed. Sabota lang ninyo ug tarong. Broker sad ko pero dili sa real-estate but sa financial industry. One thing about brokers.. dagko jud nag commission.

    The best thing for you to do is apply as a real estate agent- please PM me. Coz if dili ka agent nya ngayo ka ug commission, this is what we call corruption hehehe

    Corruption? That is too harsh a term don't you think? How can you call him corrupted? When the CUT he is asking for is a cut FROM the commission of the broker?

    kining corruption is often used for any improper money charge and any improper money offer, or even any improper way to acquire money or goods and services. But the concept should be confined, ako na i emphasized.....confined......say it aloud.....confined..... to tapping the money flows associated with government administration......say it aGAIN....ASSOCIATED WITH GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION..... involving government agents. The necessary condition for talking of corruption is the owner of an asset changing hands (the government or a victimized citicizen) does not approve of it, but is unaware or powerless. try gamit ug proper word for it....your comment is a sight even for sored eyes. Amen ba?
