What is the strongest intensity earthquake to hit Cebu?

Let me go first. I remember it was intensity 6.0 and it lasted for about 20 seconds. It was the time when the Metrobank Plaza located near Robinsons was still under construction. I think it was in the year 1990 or 1991. The epicenter at that time was in Bohol with an Intensity 7.0 recorded there. There were damages there in Bohol.
