i don't know if this may help. im with hr man gud
all Human Resource departments has 201 files of all the employees.
these are the records kept by hr.
files included in the 201 are your application letter, the result of your exam and interview, all the requirements you have submitted
when you get hired, the medical records you have submitted and all the memos (if any) you have received.
if you are a confidential employee, you may ask for a copy of any documents included in your 201 files from the hr supervisor, now if you are a rank and file employee, you may ask for it from the hr assistant.
but i don't know if this applies to all companies, coz this is what we practiced with our department.

but for some companies na dili kaayo dagko, pwede ra na ang secretary or admin assistant ang mu trabaho ana.

The following should be included in a 201 file:
1. Employee's resume
2. Employee's past credentials (school diploma, certificates, etc.)
3. Results of screening test during employee's application (all job interviews, written entrance exams)
4. Employee's pre-employment medical records
5. Job description
6. Performance appraisal or review reports (current and previous files)
7. Letter of recommendation (if applicable)
8. Written correspondences given by previous superiors/bosses or from Human Resources
9. Legal documents (if applicable - in cases wherein an employee has any previous or current work violations)

thanks pinkygirl. But i dont know talaga wat kind of 201 files ang gagawin ko, kasi iba yung pinapagawa kasi. Tapos nung nagtanung ulit ako sa boss ko, f wat yung formaT sa 201 sabi nya i mano2x na lang daw kami sa paggawa! ako din yung secretary ng company kasi, kaya lang new hired first tym ko toh! kaya d ko alam ano yung 201.

na try ko na ang lahat ng site na pwede kung e research ang hinahanap ko, perod ko talaga makita!! d ko alam kasi yung format!!
