@josh, dude, it's not a problem unless one allows it to be a problem. Maybe the girl has just cause to be jealous or suspicious because the guy she's dating is a promiscuous playboy who's got no standards and do anything with a pulse.
Anyway, this is a no brainer. People should choose their own happiness.
