Istorya is a very nice tool for buy and sell, and for any businesses, it gives exposure to buyers and sellers alike.

I just had a 2 consecutive bad experience with 2 fellow istoryans

one fellow sister istoryan rented our mountain resort, and left a big damage and mess! broken glass on the pool which we had a very big expense changing the water, broken chairs, tables and plates, loss thermos and other stuff! her name is kittie pestanos.. tried calling her number again 09225055345, but her sister Debbie naman ang mo answer and she said she will tell kittie kai naa na daw sa USA, now I've tried making a follow up, even Debbie will not answer the phone na.

one renting our apartment, since he was the first tenant, we were not strict on the rentals, well we had a hard time collecting from him, and we decided not to let him rent nalang kaysa labad pa sa ulo in the future, we just told him not to pay anything even a cent but just to vacate the premises, which he did comply, let's just say charge to experience nalang to, he stayed more than half month with water and electricity pa, but in fairness atleast he didn't wreck anything in the apartment.. (I edited this since he called me up personally introduce himself and explained everything, istorya is very powerful, he told me someone called his attention on this one, it's my first time to talk to him since I'm not the one incharge with the apartment)

Get a court order and the details are yours, until then, it would a breach of privacy to give any details upon request.

No. We are not an information bank. Not only is what you ask impossible, it is highly unethical. How would you feel like knowing a site you visit would freely give away information at the request of any person that asks? Like I said, get a court order and we will give you information we have.

jen, siguro, when someone rents out any of your properties, hingi kayo ID like driver's license....something with an address. two IDs will be better kay aba malay kung lumipat na kaya sila....

anyways.... i feel bad for you. i hope you get paid for the damages that kittie did to ur pool. that is one reaaaaally naughty kitty. hehehehe

@d' monyita: Yeah, we are now precautious, need to know someone first before renting, have a contract and personal information, we are planning to have a deposit first like most hotels do, thanks for the advice.
