    kinsa ninyo ang pirmi bikogan? unsa-on pag prevent ani?

    maka-lagot lagi ni.. kada mata nako inig buntag pirmi lang ko bikogan.. labi na kung mo-stretch ko.

    how bout including banana in your daily menu rich in potassium... d ba banana man kan-on sa mga athletes, like tennis players during their games to prevent muscle cramps and to give them energy without being heavy

    try taking vit b-complex kay ingon ana pud ko before pero in diff times of the day. my doc prescribed vit b-complex, nawala ra in 2-3 weeks.

    bikog ug cramps pareha ra na cla?.. ang unggoy cgeg kaon ug saging wala gyuy cramps..heheh

    btaw oi, will try vit b complex.. thanx

    kuwang ra pod cguro ni sa exercise kay grabeh na ka sedentary akong lifestyle karon...haaayzzz

    Vitamin B bay, kanang Pharex o kay barato. Ingon ana ko sauna, inig katulog bikogon then kusog sad kaayo ko ma cramp-an mabawg lang gamay ako tiil mu cramp dayon, pero wala na kaayo karon.

    ako gani wala man sad koy exercise pero cge ra ko kaon og saging...usahay maobrahan ko kaon og saging tubolon sad noon ko....wahaha

    eat banana! great source of potassium! ug calcium pud tingali. cause i remember my friend said nga gi ingnan sya sa iya doctor na kuwangan siya ug calcium. he had the same problem.

    thank God lately wala na jud ko gi-bikog.. cge kog kaon prutas esp saging..

    naka-tabang pod cguro ang pag gym2x nako (treadmill & ellipticals) kay ma-exercise jud ang muscles.

    unlike before nga wala gyud koy pasingot.
