akoy mu una, murag lisod i-monitor iya temps ky dili kaayo claro. daghan ko nabasahan nga nagka problema ky dili correct ang temperature readings. it could be dili pa compatible ang mga software karon ani nga processor. but anyway, the processor is a very good performer in my experience.

i tried ocing it from 3ghz to 3.6ghz pero ako gibalik ky pag run nako orthos niabot man 72c ang temp pero wala man pud nag error sa orthos. stock cooler ra nuon ako gamit. pero at stock speed ky 33c idle ra man cya nako.

ngano dili nalang 8400 imo bro? 1k raman price difference. hehe... and mejo dako ang clockspeed difference.
unlike 8400 compared to 8500 gamay ra clockspeed difference but and price difference dako kaayo.

in short walay claro ang mga temp readings bro. sa bios lahi, sa everest lahi, sa hardware monitor lahi.
kusog jud no-on cya, i really felt the performance gain from e6300 to e8400.

ako nalang sa gibalik ug stock speed ky hadlok ko walay claro sa temps. mukuha sa pudko nice nga cooler.

unsa imo gamit cooler bro?

ganahan ko amd pud bro, im even using it sa pc sa ako mama. pang internet pc, barato ramangud. x2 4000+.

pero i like this e8400 better ky kusog kaayo although dili lang cya quadcore. naglibog ko at first to get the q6600 quadcore or the e8400 ky sa mga benchmark sometimes mas taas ang q6600 then usahay mas taas ang e8400. pero gi analyze nako nga since dili kaayo grabe ang ako multitasking, ill just get the e8400. sa ako nabasahan sa other forums, mas mu benefit ang games tungod sa higher clockspeed ky most games dili man gyapon ga take advantage sa quadcore (as of now, but in the future, maybe).

I think daghan pa ma tweak ug exploit ang e8400 wolfdale. Mao ni ako sunod paliton to replace my cheapo e2160.
