    Default HELP! Speaker problem

Hey guys! I need your help..
My bro recently bought a new speaker from the States. I don't know the exact power of the speaker but I think the output is 120V. Since my bro is studying computer science, I was confident that our speaker is in good hands. He checked the accurate device output twice and used a voltage regulator.
The speaker worked at first but lost it's power just before we could finish a single song. And it won't work after that. I think we only used it for almost 2 mins.

Can sum1 recommend me a place where to bring my speaker?
Can this problem be solved? I hope so..

    Thank you guys..

i think you mean 120v input. so your bro checked the device input and used a voltage regulator, not a voltage transformer?

yes it can be fixed, depending on what part/s has blown. lets just hope it'll just be an internal fuse.

maybe you're ryt..120v input and 110 output..I'm not really sure..
I think he used the voltage regulator the black thing named "LOGIC"..There was a 110v output there.
We were all clueless as to why it happened because my bro checked every detail before using it..

Asa ni ipaau bro?? Sayang kau..wa ra na-abtan 2 mins guba daun..Thanks a loT!

try check sa thermistor bro,..dapit ra na sa trnsformer,nag-una na siya sa transformer,i think nakaparallel na siya, kung dli kay nakaseries iyang connection, depende sa circuit design,..usually mao man nay mabuak kung 120v,then supplayan ug 220v..
