I personally don't know but you can try looking up at the yellow pages for language schools/tutors then inquire if they offer such classes or simply Google it.

y not try to ask foreign language dept. in certain universities? if they dont offer it, maybe they got connections where to inquire further?

the internet, naa interactive lessons guro...if not, by cds that teaches dutch.

our time before ky gipadad-an mi ug teacher sa amo employer before we were deployed sa Holland for the job. d man tuod nimo master ang language pero at least hinay2x makasabot na mi gamay.

Bro, try nimo ang mga international speech/language schools sa manila. naa koy nadumduman naa sa may pasay road, makati. tan awa lang sa yello pages. duda ko sa cebu , wala pa.

try ug visit sa CEBU MULTICULTURAL LEARNING INSTITUTE, INC... i forgot their number naa ni siya sa Building luyo sa Bo's Coffee Cebu doctors hospital...been studying french lesson there last 2007 and i think naa sila dutch language! visit na lang didto!
