Hi there mga experts...!
I'm having problems with installing Vista...
well, here goes the problem and solution I did..
I've installed a Vista which is "pirated cd" on my Laptop..
but I input my Original Serial..
Question:
1.) Is that ok? since we can change our product keys, so that would be fine, right?
Next problem:
After installing and adding new user, when I press Start on my Vista, mag BSOD xa..
saying No Language Support..
I've installed it with an English Vista..
Question:
2.)That caused the problem right?
3.)So, I need a Vista with Simplified Chinese Language support?
4.)Can I change my Language after installing Vista with Chinese language?
(that is if everything goes well)
We've just bought this two laptop from China, Acer 4920G..
And we're having problem fixing this especially in claiming warranty..
I'm trying to find an Installer with Chinese and English Language support..
Last question..
If I go to Microsoft here in Cebu, since I have an Original Key, would they install Vista for us?
(with or without service fee)
Where man ang microsoft sa cebu..? if naa..
Na guol jud mi sa nahitabo.. He bought it in cash in China and bag.o pa jud ni xa..
Some solutions:
We've called Acer sa Manila already and they won't claim the warranty since it wasn't purchased here.
We've called TTI and other Service Support Center sa Acer here sa Cebu, and told us they won't claim warranty.
One guy from TTI told me na since we can't claim the warranty, I can open the back panel and test the Memory incase there's a hardware problem for this. Tried it and same result..
Impossible pud hardware problem, cause when the Laptop reached our home here sa Cebu, ok man xa, but the Product Keys inputted aren't orginal and its in English. After changing the key, that's the time nag sige na xa BSOD.
So, hope someone could help/answer some of my questions. Coz it's a pain in our part, especially sa bulsa and dughan, coz bag.o pa kaayo then ingani na nahitabo.
Thanks daan sa mga mureply..
