can anyone help me my problem with my bios? during startup, cpu over clock problem...what should i do...i always go to bios to change bootup sequence to hdd...i always save but when i use the computer again, the settings in bootup sequence goes back to floppy..what should i do? should i upgrade my bios?how?

check if you are running the correct stock speed of your cpu. if not, change it back to stock, or reset cmos.

to reset cmos, look at your motherboard manual. it should have somethin to do with the jumpers.

use CPU-Z software to determine your processor model, and check the net for that processor's stock speed.

if your BIOS can no longer hold information such as date, boot sequence settings, etc. i strongly suggest replacing the battery.
