hi,
im asking a question regarding the proper&exact calculation of water/electric bills using a SUBmeter?
cause i rented a small house somewhere in lahug and my bill every month will costs 400 up for the electricity and 500 up for the water but the water usage is from 6am up to 10am only a day?
wala na kwenta ang minimum meter sa water and electricity if naka submeter?
