then you could be using a modem/router - you portforward that device

hihihih! if thats your setup.... disable your windows firewall if dili ka kahibaw mo open ug ports.

smartbro ports are all closed. and you cann't do anything about it. if you want to open ports you have to change your ISP to pldt or globe atleast that's what i know.
