thanks kau r0mm3L...Currently cge pa ko testing sa asterisk bag-o pa sad ko sa open source pbx..I find it very interesting kay aside from being free, di sad kau dako ang requirement para makat-on and makasabot sa world behind VoIP..

nsa nga asterisk imo gamit trixbox, apil nana sa module sa asterisk ang call recording imo nalang na e modify....

Yep..its free: http://www.asterisk.org/.. but of course it depends on features that will be required and hardwares eg: fxs,fxo.e1r2 this things are not free..As for me,ive just download from that link just to satisfy my curiosty with open source pbx then configure it on redhat linux with sip softphones(x-lite),,Now its working(internal calls only) but i need to improve it..
I will try the trixbox pro later..

im not really familiar with asterisk.
i think asterisk will be installed in a server(eg: dell,IBM or HP) as call processor (voip calls)
fxs,fxo, e1r2 and DSP cards will be installed in a separate router (eg: cisco 2800 series router) as voice gateway

If somebody out there who knows how to facilitate the call detail records so that its more user readable..Im currently experimenting it on apache,MySql and PHP..I've done this on Cisco callManager,export the SQL database then start playing with those logs..The not so good thing about cisco is the price it very hard to justify upgrade to IPCC its very expensive considering the size of agents..
try download trixbox asterisk call recording already configured... I already successful configure astersik trixbox with call recording voice mail, IVR, ring group, using digium card fxo and integrate to pbx and cisco router.. but the issued was the echo cancellation .. if somebody call me from pbx to my softphone there was an echo or delay ..somebody can fix this problem.....
