any excercises that emphasizes the shoulder,chest and back muscles..
..i also noticed that my freinds that were varsity swimmers have V-shaped bodies with shoulders very emphasized..
swimming is a good exercise pero if magita ka sa shoulder, chest and back do chin ups...
do these:
military press/dumbbell press
side/front/back laterals
barbell/dumbbell pullups
arnold press
shrugs
asa mo/sila tig swim mga pre?
position your arms and body when doing swimming and do light followup body exercise. :mrgreen:
