Has ABS-CBN hijacked OpenDNS?

I just reinstalled my browsers and decided to use Open DNS settings again for the faster speed and services (such as porn site blocking) it offers.

Everything was hunky-dory until a few minutes ago when I went over to youtube.com and got this crazy message instead!

Why the heck do I have to reload my ABS-CBN broadband account when I DON'T HAVE ONE? And isn't Open DNS supposed to be a free service that has nothing to do with ABS-CBN?

Or is ABS-CBN abusing Open DNS now?

Here's the reply, but I'm afraid it's not much help. All that is clear is that it's NOT from OpenDNS.

Sulayon nato. Ga scan ko karon using Spyware Doctor and AVG.

However, wala naman ni gawas pa'g change nako'g DNS.

Here's the latest answer. Apparently, ABS-CBN provides bandwidth to PLDT DSL (though I could be wrong) and is blocking traffic to YouTube for as of now unknown reasons.

Anyone from ABS-CBN willing to explain what's going on?
