Default TELETECH ( fair or unfair???)

I wanted to you guys to judge about what TELETCH did to some of their agents.
Without prior notice they terminated a lot of agents on the floor. Without even giving the agents enough time to look for another job. ( how quick well a friend of mine was asked to log out and after that she went to our HCD office and was asked to sign a termination paper!!!)
Though yes some of the agent that were terminated did not meet the the standard working performance that the company is looking for but do you think this is fair to terminate people in such a short notice?

i forgot to add this but the agents did not finished the contracts that they have signed it is because as the HCD office said it was ordered by the client. But even if it was ordered by the client do you think you guys are being fair
Lets talk about your business side... lets say you lost a lot of money because of these agent who did not meet the "tacrift" but yet you kept on hiring people. If you are really thinking of the business side you would do a retraining program for the agents who failed rather than hiring a new one where you will pay P80,000 for each new hired agent.
There is only one thing i can say "TELETECH" suck!

chill out. it's not the end of the world. your friend obviously didn't meet the standards of the account, or maybe violated some rules like ZTPs, or what not. so if the client says we don't want this agent then the company has no other option but to end the contract, but it rarely happens... and i mean RARELY.

and no company would say i'll terminate you next week so look for another job, but for the mean time just report to work w/o doing anything, and you still have access to company properties so you can still do what you want.

I already know this news...someone told me (a very reliable source) from teletech nga gahire ang teletech og new employees before for a certain account coz nag expect ang teletech admin nga daghan og calls maabot ana nga account pero gamay ra diay so ila gbuhat gpang tak2x to ang mga old employees and not so good employees nla...and the owner or the company of that account nga nagtak2x nisaad sa mga employees sa teletech nga they will be well compensated and they will be given a sum amount of money as a resignation and teletech would be giving them 2 mos salary in advance as a compensation for them...
