Deep Freeze? - Don't rely on it!!!

I know nga daghan internet cafe owners ang ga-install ani karon.
Well internet cafe owners and network adminisatrators, don't rely on this proggy to much!

Dugay na kaayo na crack ang deep freeze so that any ordinary user can run the pc "thawed".
And even it just a few minutes, ma-uninstall na sa user ang deep freeze sad.

Just a little info for those concerned.

Don't ask me what the proggy is or the proggies are for doing this since you won't get an answer from me.
It took me just a few seconds to find this on Google long before.

The proggy is/proggies are less than 200KB that any user can download from the net or copy it from diskette or usb flash drive to a workstation to make life harder for the internet cafe owners and network administrators.

bro, tanan software ma cracked man gyud, basta naa lang ka kaila sa mga maau sa gawas, or ikaw mismo ang mo crack ana, pero deep freeze, usahay kapoyan ko kay, kung mo update ko sa akong mga anti-virus, ako nasad e disable then update then enable nasad, mura hasol kaau, nindot lagi, sya kay mo balik man ang imong default settings, pero hasol kaau oi. then usa sad, kasagaran karon sa mga internet cafe, dili sad gyud kaau ingon ana ka secure ang ilang defense, like sa imong gi ingon nga pwede ra ma uninstall sa usa ka user by just using a software. alang man gud bro, in reality man gud naa gustomerz sad nga grabe sad ka likramador, kung e secure nimo pag au ang imong mga pc sa usa ka net shop, daghan kaau mo reklamo, then ang ma hitabo maka kitalang ka away, hehehehe dili na noon mo balik ang customer.

so mas maau nalang ug update nalang ka sa anti-virus then update nalang sad ka sa anti spyware nimo, then, regular scan lang gud ka kung mo mingaw na ang shop. para nako mao na best way, bay sa gamit2x ka anang mga alternative software, then kung ma sudlan ka ug mga koryosa nga mga customer, kanang mo buki-ki sa imong system gyud na, human gyud na ang imong pc, pila ray format sa pc oi, gheheheheheheh then log-out dayon,......... there are many alternative ways to secure your systems... without using deepfreeze.. this proggy is hassle jud...

mulng bisan pa cguro ug naa lain version nga parehas ra sad ug work, bro hasle lang sad gihapon, gehehehehe pero kung gusto gyud ka secure ang imong mga software nga gi pang install, then gusto sad ka nga dili na ma uninstall hide nalang nimo ang control panel, then hide sad nimo ang C:\ drive, then disable sa regedit ang run command ug ang dos command, syaro pero, e back-up lang sad ang tanan kay naa panahon nga ikaw nasad ang ma hasolan ug pa balik nasad hehehehe.

I doubt most of the internet cafes in Cebu City are using licensed ones... And most of what they're using are the old versions. Since they're using the old versions, they're all susceptible.

Every body is susceptible to all kinds of crap online, even linux even macs, even with deepfreeze or without it. but people that use deepfreeze can benefit from it. Sure its not a sureball strategy but i think it lessens the maintenance work abit. how many people know how to hack around deepfreeze? are you not gonna use deepfreeze because its hackable? not all your customers know how to hack around deepfreeze maybe 1/10,000 do know. maybe lesser. and even lesser are those that even bother to actually do it. its a businesss, everything has its own share of risks
