kapoy pack, unpack, give or sell things away, buy / acquire new things...

not to mention the emotions part. you can get attached to your place, and the feeling is almost like leaving someone behind. makahilak sad ka gamay. reminds me of a classmate in HS who cried over the sale of their old car. naa pa jud nickname tong ilang car of many years, so you can just imagine the heartache.

anyway, the good part of moving out is discovering places. the best part is overcoming sentimentality.

i moved out last January... it was stressful, but happy at the same time since i can't wait to move out from that place and be with my labidabs...

i agree stressful kaayo. pack... unpack... not to mention ang problema kung unsay masakyan, kung masud ba tanan sa awto or mag rent gyud ug van.. i have a car, gamay kaayo nag huot akong mga butang sa sud.

then this last week, amo kauban nga nag rent sa basement, namalhin sila... it felt so empty after they left since most of the furnitures and decorations sa basement belongs to them... karon nga wa na sila, wa napuy decorations.

we have to start buying home decors soon.

well, i stayed here (in cebu) for 7 years now.i studied here, married, had kids and now we're moving to zamboanga city this sunday.actually my wife and i are from zambo.our house is all messed up.i don't know what to pack and how to pack.daghan gamit and we don't want to sell them because of the emotional attachments.it's like these things are out "firsts".first tv, first refrigirator...it's not that stressful to me but i think it's stressful to my 3 year old daughter.she's worried if she'll have friends when we get to zambo.i just assured her that she'll meet other children and have new friends.

i'm taking my move-outs to the ultimate. i think i want to become a global citizen and nomad. pack my life in a luggage, go around the world and work odd jobs.

I moved out lots of time... stressful jud.. pack ug unpack.. but my last one.. kay wala emotinal stress mas happy ko kay i really don't like my place before...

I noticed that everytime I moved out of a place, I also learn to love the new place I'm going to so that when I leave the new place, I would start having the same feelings I had when I left the old place. Once you see the pattern you become less sentimental.
