Compatible ink problem for Epson C63

I bought a compatible ink for my epson C63 and followed the instructions on how to replace cartridge, but after installing the new cartridge..di mo print ang black (the one I replaced). I bought the ink from CD-R king and the one in charge told me that it's the basically the same as the original epson inks. What could be the problem? I tried doing the nozzle check and cleaning, but ang 3 colored inks ra ang mo appear..wala jud ang black. I tried to print a document..ang sa colored mo appear, but ang sa black..wla jud. I hope somebody can help me with this.

Compatible ink means refill or something not genuine ink. Dili dyud magdugay imong printer basta mo gamit ka ug non-genuine ink maka encounter dyud ka ug problema (hope ma solbad pa). Istoryans have you notice murag ubay-ubay nadyud ang nag post ug epson printer problem... How about other printer brand (thus printer owner) have anybody encounter a particular problem?.... What printer brand?

thank you for all those who replied and for the suggestions. i have tried the print head alignment for black, but nothing appeared. it's as if the printer printed something invisible. anyway, this is the first time i've tried to use the compatible ink. i guess i will just buy a genuine ink and see if it resolves the problem. thanks again.

Had this problem w/ my C63 pero sa akong yellow tank. di na gyud ma ayo. bought original inks ug gi pa cleaning pa nako ang printer head by soaking it in a solution overnight. Sorry to say sis, your printer is bye bye.

Unless you decide to buy a new printer head (P 2,800 order basis pa + labor for installation)

My consolation is I can still print my C63 w/ the three color tanks in good condition. The black is the most important tank kay text printing, gamit gyud. Mao pa gyud color na igo sa clogging.

Price sa C67 is P 3,750 to P 3,950. Palit nalang new printer. Gamay nalang kulang kung pa ilis nimo printer head.

il have it checked first before buying a new printer coz gbie ra man nako gi try ug install ang ink..hopefully bsin wla pa na clog up. i still hope for the best.

Same thing happened to my C82 Epson. Put a refilled black ink. After a few prints wala nay agi ang black ink. Tried replacing with genuine ink still it won't function. Palit nalang ko bago printer and since then I've never used refill ink.

in my case, wla jud sya nag print and it's not refilled ink also. i was advised to try buying an original ink first before having it checked. if worst comes to worst and damaged na jud ang printer then il charge it to experience na lang jud.
