    Default unsaon pagluto ug leche flan?


    tabangi ko beh, pirme ko magluto pero mapalpak man, mura mabungkag bah...

    maybe u put too much water. btw, wats ur mixture ? eggs, condense milk, evap, sugar ?

    try this: dinaghan ni cya nga mixtureyields 6 sets)
    4 big cans alaska condensed milk
    1 small (if you want it firm) can carnation evap or 1big can evap(if you want it soft)
    24 pcs egg yolks
    2 pcs dayap or lemon or orange( rind)

    1)pop all eggs and mix all kinds of milk and stir in one direction
    2)drain mga twice or thrice

    for the syrupcaramelized sa ramekins/hulmahan)
    1:1 ratio like 1tbsp sugar=1tbsp. h2O (dnt wori kung mugahi cya kay momelt ra na blik igsteam)

    3)pour mixture sa ramekins and covered it with aluminum foil then steam 30mins. and cool it down ghapon nga naa pa cya sa steamer for 1Omins.(put off the fire na)

    Me, i don't add water. just egg yolks and condensed milk lng...for the caramel, sugar and water.

    1. 1 small can of condensed milk
    2. 4 eggyolks.

    you just need eggyolks, condensed milk, evapmilk and sugar for carmelizing
    mix and steam
    easy
