Me, i don't add water. just egg yolks and condensed milk lng...for the caramel, sugar and water.
1. 1 small can of condensed milk
2. 4 eggyolks.
you just need eggyolks, condensed milk, evapmilk and sugar for carmelizing
mix and steam
