Default What can Self-Righteous, Anti-GMA supporters say about these?

Fuel Prices skyrocket at 50 Pesos per Liter and Rice Shortage

Fuel prices and food shortages are beyond anyone's control when you import it.

yup but good management can keep one afloat. if the price increase is way more than forecasted or anticipated over our reserves, both agri and money, then we have a problem.

majority of the factor is external but internal politics also plays a role here. ...and BTW, we should not be importing rice but since previous administration also had a remiss in this aspect, people are expecting the current president to fix it for them and fast.

regardless of the continous rise of oil in the middle east, the recession in america due to the subprime housing, among other global problems that sends a ripple effect to our country, we were pretty much doing good. the president did a commendable juggling act with our economy so that we can survive but since her political detractors are hitting her from all directions at a very inopportune time in the world, somehow she has or will slip.

@lyslpr ... the problem with this thread and many others is you and most people give the president more blame than she deserves and more credit than she deserves.
