Hello guys! tulong naman please!....

Ito ang problema ko. I have laptop:
DELL Latitude C640 P4 1.8Ghz
6.5 GB HDD
512 RAM
WINDOWS XP ang OS

Problema nito minsan pag-ON mo sa switch button mag-light lang ang LED, pero black pa rin ang screen. Minsan naman mag-on na ang screen pro mag-hang during processing. Tapos kung mag-kapag process naman tapos, may gagawin kana; like mag-encode or mag-games bigla itong mag-hahang. wala kana talagang magawa kung 'di mag-restart uli.

Ano ba ang problema nito?

1. is your portable getting unusually hot? if so then the fans are not working properly.
2. try to check for viruses.
3. your HDD is very small so try to check if it has enough free space for your programs to work at least 1GB of free space. if it is near its limit then uninstall/delete unused programs/files.

after you have check the items above and still your portable is not working properly then get back to this thread so that i could assist you on troubleshooting further.
