clean kuno sa mga sagbot- (cookies, internet temp files etc. try gamit ug ccleaner)
defrag
then error-checking (tick the box on "automatically fix file system errors" ug "scan for and attemp...." )

try reformating ur hard drive or if naa ka duha ka RAM try detaching 1, check ur cpu temp then come back to this thread if still thers no sign of improvement.
