It depends on how your Windows Update is configured right now. If it's set to download automatically then it will just do it in the background and alert you if it needs user intervention. If you're just updating one PC then prolly best to do it via this way since it's a smaller download as well. However if you've got multiple Vista machines you wanna update, then prolly best to get the standalone installer.

well it's just a single desktop, it is still on default so i guess it'll be downloaded automatically sometime soon.

just updated to SP1 today file size 66MB -- haven't notice the difference....
any info sa mga nag-update nah?
